Got this one from a lady who said she thought it came from Caliente, Nevada. I didn't give it much weight at the time (I usually take any advice from "non-chippers" with a grain of salt) but I got home and looked it up in The Gaming Table. Sure enough, it was in there. Anyone have any ideas?
