I went to an antique show today and ran into some interesting tokens. An antique dealer bought a slot machine in Dalton, GA. and when he got it home it had 180 of the Brass tokens shown below in it. I don't know if you can read them of not. They say "Service Check $1.00 Dalton Lodge No. 1267 BPOE". The slot machine was a 1940 vintage Mills machine so these tokens are probably from the 1940's or 1950's. A $1.00 slot bet in those days had to be pretty significant. I thought that these tokens were very nice so I picked up a few extras and can offer them at $5.50 each including postage. Just e-mail me if you are interested.
