From Anderson's Ashtray book:

"The Red Bull opened in 1961 at 259 Bridge Street in Winnemucca, Mevada. Joe Mackie bought the Red Bull Restaurant and Casino, across the street from his Star Broiler, in 1975. It closed in 1978 and is now Ben's Liquor Store."

It's also listed in The Gaming Table. My guess is it was slots only.
