Bob, Look through the phone book in your part of Virgina under the heading of "diploma mills". For a nominal fee & a take home test that's as easy as some of the questions they ask at the low levels on that stupid millionaire show, you can have a Ph.D., M.D., D.D.S, D.V.M, J.D. or even a D.M.V. I did that years ago & have been in practice for the last 32 years! Florida just keeps renewing my license every 2 years after I pay a fee.
