Both Paul and Roger are correct. Paul was on target as well as Roger, but Roger alluded to Paul referring to Roseville. Roger referred me to Greg ChipGuide.com

Seven Feathers is in Canyonville, Oregon, formerly known as Cow Creek Indian Gaming Center which opened for business in April 1992 renamed Seven Feathers in August 3, 1996.

The $1 chips has the same features on both sides.
