So far no luck yet, I went to the coin collectibles stores nearby and drove 1 hour to the other still no luck. I searched the net nothing came out "Cowens" and etc.

I called Charles Rodgers, he is out whole day and the guy left in the store "knows nothing at all" he said. Charles is attending a show.
