Larry, If you don't get any response to your request for someone to get you Hustler chips than I have no problem getting them for you at your prices. If I don't hear from you, then I know someone else will be getting them for you.

Since I am making the trip anyway, it is no bid deal for me to ask for additional chips. Maybe another 2 or 3 minutes to get them ready for shipping and its all done. Some people make a big deal out of all this. I don't. As a matter of fact, I enjoy doing it. It make me feel as if I am helping a fellow chipper get chips at face value that he is unable to procure without paying excessive prices when he can get them from me at cost.

I, like many people, make chip runs and chips available at cost to fellows chippers. Like others, I also have gone on chip runs to out of the way places, sometimes hours away and maybe 50 or 100 miles or so out of the way. But I am doing that for myself first. Once I'm there, what difference does it make if I just get 1 chip or 20 chips. The only extra cost involved is the cost of the chips.

I am no longer critizing anyone for charging whatever they wish to anyone for anything they like. I just can't do that with a good conscious. The extra couple of dollars that I may make is not going to alter my life style one iota. If I needed the money, that would be one thing. Thank God, that is not the case. As I said in previous post, this is my hobby. I'm in it because I enjoy it.
