... tongue between lips, about three quarter inch protruding, tongue laid flat and wide across bottom lip, touching upper lip, bottom lip protruding slightly... now blow. If you didn't make a lot of noise and spray a fair bit of moisture, you're still not doing it right. Keep working on it.
