Question 1: I have wondered about that too...I hear some people
actually do cash out and I've wondered why they didn't get caught.

Question 2: I've never admitted to taking them....the closest I've
come to getting caught and questioned about missing chips...I said
the cocktail waitress must have them....then dashed!

Question 3: We've had threads on this topic before...I think the
final concensus was that the casino wouldn't take time to prosecute
over roulettes....and if you played dumb, they probably wouldn't
have a case against you even if they did prosecute. Jim Reilly pointed
out that it could be confusing to the chip collector about which chips
can be taken from the casino with all the LEs that are coming out
which casinos encourage the removal....
