Katie: I should also say that there are some chips that absolutely should not be cleaned. Those are the chips that are badly worn. Cleaning them does not improve their appearance one bit. In fact, just the opposite is true. Cleaning does not improve condition. A worn chip will always be just that.... a worn chip. I personally believe that a lightly soiled chip looks much better with the soil removed..... just like people's faces. <g>
