Hi Allan,
I was sorry to read about your problems with PayPal. I'm now, more
than ever, glad I didn't open an account. Something about that
just didn't sit well with me.
I can't believe that they (PayPal/PayPlace) aren't acting more
agressively to stop or help find the fraudulent user. After all, it's
money out of their pocket! I would refuse to pay the bill. Let them
take me to court...
Hope it gets resolved soon....
