My problem with someone using my credit card at PayPal has escalated to possibly the same person using the card, before I cancelled it, at PayPlace. Both outfits have been very helpfull in filing a claim and giving me some interesting info. PayPal wouldn't disclose much except the users e-mail address, but PayPlace verified that an acoount was opened up with my name and a different e-mail address than mine. It appears that as long as the name and credit card numbers match, that's all thats needed for verification. I was also told that this type of fraud is pretty common. Be carefull out there!!!!
