I looked at both of the images you have posted, and both show some corruption in the jpg files...
I've accepted you challenge and "fixed" the image from above. Yet the corruption effected the image and some banding occurred. I didn't try to fix that, and when I have some additional time I may try.

The corruption concerns me... Have you tried to download the images again? Yet first check your connections to make sure that the noise that is corrupting the jpg file isn't coming from the cables...
