JUST KIDDING!!! I have had terrific success mailing and receiving chips. Postal employees deserve a lot of credit for the job they do. But you're right, some people are clueless about proper packing.

I am pleased to have a reasonably secure mail box, too. There is a kiosk of 20 boxes, plus two large lock boxes where the mailman can leave parcels, and leave the key in my box. The back side of the small boxes has one door that the mailman has a key to, and the front has 20 small doors. I have the key to one. My wife subscribes to this Gevalia "coffee of the month" club. The coffee comes in a box that is exactly the width of my mail box, and almost as tall. Friday, the mailman shoved the box in from the back. There's no lip on the back. There's a half inch wide lip around the front, where the door fits. I would have had to dismantle the box to get it out. I complained, and Saturday he moved it to the big box. But WHY WOULD HE DO THIS? And it's the second time! Oh well.
