I also agree with Rodgers. I believe it is the seller responsiblity to make sure if the chips were received.

If I didn't trust the buyer, I wouldn't even sell them to him in the first place.

I rarely insure. I have sent package worth many hundreds of dollars without insurance and received the same. There is no one on this board that I would not trust and I'm sure everyone would agree as to the consequenses if a dishonest person were to surface. It's certainly not worth the gamble to deny receiving a shipment of a few hundred dollars worth of Chips if it were not true.
