The Matty's chip is shown in Eastman's as from Stockton Califronia. As I'm sure you know there has been some controversy that the chips were used in both LV and California. According to an article Doug Saito wrote in the January 1999 Chip Chat the $1 is definitely CA., the $5 chip was used in both, and the $25 was LV.
