The boat is the old Royal Empress boat that sailed from the port south of Tampa. The boat left moved to Miami and again left after a short period moving to New York. There t had the same problems that the Liberty 1 had with the same company and is now down here again on a trial basis. I happen to like this boat for two reasons. First the slot machines are away from the gaming tables so you do not have people playing right behind you and there is room to move around the tables. From the outside it looks like a junker but inside it is bigger them most. I rate it second to the Sterling.
