What I know are rumors too, apparently , this is hear say, when people bought chips with there creditcard and went on to play, and in the event they won some money and went back to change the chips back they could get there creditcard slip back (at that time they used that carbonpaper system not like now where the transaction is registered immediatly) and that is NOT allowed. This plus and other small problem made one big one and the casino was closed.
This is what I know.
