Trav; I agree, I stopped in there once or twice myself. However, those prices back then were WAY overpriced by standards that were in place at the time. Common chips will always be common. Generally speaking, tougher chips will always be tough. Yes, occassionaly a hoard will surface of a previously hard to find chip, but that's not typically so. I'm sure some of the overpriced chips in that small airport booth, if purchased back then, would be considered bargains at some of today's prices. The same thing is true today. Next month, at Tropicana in Las Vegas, we'll decide to pass-up on lots of chips that are perceived to be overpriced (on the floor and in the auction) .... but will be kicking ourselves a couple of years down the road for not purchasing a few of them "back in 2000 ... when we had the chance!"
