GEN X - The success of the Hard Rock and to a lesser extent the Rio and
Mandalay Bay has tuned in casino executives to how lucrative it is to
market to the 21-34 year old age group. The MGM has announced preliminary
plans to replace the Holiday Inn Boardwalk (which they acquired with
surrounding land in the Mirage Resorts purchase) with a high tech, internet
