I received my Credit Card statement today and PayPal charged my credit card twice for the same transaction. My PayPal history shows that one payment was sent to the correct person on a winning ebay auction. I have contacted PayPal today via email and they have promised a one day response time? We will see.

Also, this additional charge to my credit card happened during the week of May 15th when their website was experiencing problems...I still can not view my PayPal inbox or outbox. I can only view my history section. Anybody have similar problems during this period?
