I'm told these are made for 'gifts', not for play. If you present one at a table, it will be converted into regular chips and dropped. They are sold on satin gift bags. Casino Hull does the same thing; I have a C$5 jeton from there. My info is a couple of years old, but I haven't heard of any changes.
