I haven't used the HP3200C, yet I have used the HP6300 - does the 3200C also come with Precision scan software? If not, what software did it come with? Also, what graphics program are you using?

From your post I'm assuming that you can acquire an image, yet it is in TIFF format. And what you want to do is to save that TIFF file to a JPG. Is that correct?

If so, then what Rich and Gene are saying is basically correct, that is start a graphic program, open the file you want to convert, and then "save as" (under the "File" pull down menu and then choose ".jpg" from the file types...
