Sound like the 2 old-timer business owners who met up in las Vegas. They had not seen each other in many years.

One said to the other, "Did you hear - a while back there was a fire in my shop. It destroyed a few of the fixtures and did a little smoke damage but the local Fire Department was there SO QUICKLY! They extinguished it in just a few minutes!! The investigators thought it was arson but they could never prove anything... Enought about me - So, how is your clothing store doing in South Florida?"

The other replies - "Oh, I thought you heard - there was a big flood a few years back - the flood water came in and ruined every bit of my inventory. Destroyed EVERYTHING! Even flooded the basement and all of my back stock. The insurance company paid me off in full and now I'm living in my Florida condo, golf twice a week, a new young wife, I'm without a care in the world!!"

The other shop owner looked seriously at his friend and quietly whispered...

"How do you start a flood?"
