My main point is, since I wasn't sure which chip it was, I asked. This particular dealer chose to incorrectly describe this chip, whether intentionally or not, in such a fashion as to be to his financial benefit.

And no, I did not contact the seller. How facile it would be for the seller to respond "I didn't know. Thanks for the information". I would then hear how honest he is. I don't buy it.

I guess I'm going to hear it from all the dealer apologists.
