Printers hold 200 to 800 blank tickets. Each ticket is good for a cashout of any size. And the printer warns the system when it is low. And a "fill" doesn't require the paperwork and accountability of a coin fill. And if the printer is empty, the machine may be able to fall back to a hopper pay.
How many cashouts do you suppose a hopper holds, if players are not putting in coins? It sure ain't 200!
