I contacted the dealer and gave him TCR info on value and "rarity" and here is his response. It looks like it is up to Archie to lower the boom on rarity.

I don't have the Chip Rack to look this chip up. I am going by what I have
seen offered on e-bay listings, and I have not seen another chip like this
one offered. It could very well be rated at $3- $4.Thanks for your
