Steve,
Spent an hour with Bob today. He was eating jello and drinking ice tea,
fed to him by his wife Carolyn. His color is starting to come back, and
he spent some time in his chair sitting up, which he did not care to do.
Bob complained about soreness but not pain. Bob is still in ICU waiting
for a room to open up so that he might get comfortable. All in all I
would say he is doing rather well, but you just cannot say he is back to
normal pending results of tests and other situations. Another concern is
how will they treat him for the problem? Thats it for now, Bob sends his
best to one and all, and yes he does have chips to get autographed by the
doctor and hospital staff. Till tomorrow.
