5.013 Gaming by owners, directors, officers, and key employees.
1. Except as provided in subsection 2, no officer, director, owner
or key employee of an entity which holds a gaming license in this
state shall play or place a wager at any gambling game, slot machine,
race book or sports pool which is exposed to the public for play or
wagering:
(a) By that gaming licensee; or
(b) At or within the establishment which is owned or operated in
whole or in part by that gaming licensee.
2. This regulation shall not apply to the playing of or wagering on
poker or panguingui.
