Hi Chuck,

I spoke to Frank several times throughout the opening party. If it were up to him then there would not have been a two-per-person limit. He wants those chips out of there ASAP but the "limit order" came down from the top and was beyond his control. Frank also claims that this will be their one and only limited edition chip as there are no plans to ever issue another.
