Has anyone seen this Chipco before? It would appear to be an advertising chip, but there's no ID other than the name ATE International. Pictures of Big Ben, cards-keno-chips, rain drops with faces, a loving cup, slot machine, carousel horse, and a sunrise <?>. There was an ATE International in Calif. that did semiconductor testing. Was acquired by Integra. However, that doesn't seem like a good match for the graphic, unless it was a giveaway for COMDEX awhile back.

Any ideas?
