I heard that Henderson is now #2 in population behind Las Vegas, surpassing Reno last year.

Personally, I list Henderson separately from my Las Vegas chips. On the other hand, I list No. Las Vegas and Summerlin in Las Vegas. From a practical point of view, Henderson is "greater Las Vegas" in terms of chip runs. The Santa Fe, in No. Las Vegas, is probably further from downtown LV than some of the Henderson casinos. And with the recent freeway extensions, it's only a matter of minutes to get to Sunset Station, The Reserve, etc. in Henderson.

I'm impressed with the recent growth in Henderson. Has come a long way since the WWII days of Basic Magnesium and its industrial roots.
