I suspect David's question was not so much about geography and political boundaries as how to classify casino chips that come from Henderson. For a long time I put all the surrounding towns in the category of Las Vegas (Henderson, Jean, Boulder, etc.).

There are enough casinos there that I now think Henderson should be Small Town Nevada (although a pretty big small town <g>). I see that's how James structures his Nevada chip book as well.
