The Annual Convention of the American Numismatic Association will be held August 9-13, 2000 in Philadelphia, PA. I am urging any ANA member who wishes to place an exhibit in Philadelphia to contact Rachel Irish, Exhibit Cooridnator before the deadline of JUNE 12th. Last year, at the Chicgo ANA Convention, the "Casino/Gaming Tokens" classification was the ONLY classification out of 24 that had NO EXHIBITS entered. We pat ourselves on the back, proudly, and justly proclaiming to be the largest specialty member club of the ANA, but when it comes to putting our best foot forward and presenting our hobby to the assembled numismatists of the world, we fall far short.
