This chip could have been purchased on this bb only two short weeks ago for less than $300... and very few people had any interest in it. Now that some guy has one for sale on ebay at an opening bid of $1000 .... seems like everybody is interested in it. Every chip is not available at double or triple-face folks.... especially those of which only 100 were made..... and NON-CHIP COLLECTORS are actively competing with chip collectors to obtain one. It's called supply and demand. Economics 101.
