Hi Paul - Since this has happened at least once to
you, have you compiled a grouping of questions to
ask the seller(s) about the condition of the
chip you intend to bid on, especially if the
description does not say you are bidding on the
example seen in the scan?

I know the first thought to enter your mind is that
you feel you shouldn't have to...especially with a
high feedback rating, but the seller(s) may not be
aware of the difference in
quality/condition/grade.
Besides, we really shouldn't assume that everyone
looks at condition (or cares) as some others may.
