I would put these in the same category as the Jockey Club chips. Also the Shenandoah metal-inserts (if the stories are correct); and maybe the Winner's Circle (again, if the stories are correct???). Plus some others I'm forgetting. The never-licensed World Trade Center Casino was supposed to have chips made I think, but never heard anything about them.

I do have a price in mind that I will pay for this set. If I find them for that price someday, I'm a buyer. If not, that's OK too. I've had some chips on my want list for over 10 years. Some I may never obtain. I don't lose any sleep over it either way.

(I have bought an item from this seller before, and have no problem with his right to set whatever price he wants. Just that I'll be on the sidelines for a while on this one.)
