I do about the same thing when I am harvesting chips. I cover 2/3 of the table with rows and blocks. When I win I win either 4 or 7 net profit. I can normally play for a long time before losing any significant amount. I also know when to quit when I am ahead (especially if there are chips in my pocket)<G>.
