Paul,

If the seller did not indicate in the auction description that the chip you will get is not the one in the scan, then you were ripped off. If this was a coin, rather than a chip, there would be no question about fraud because the condition of a coin is integral to its value. You bid on the chip that you saw in the picture, that is what you should get. This has happened to me and I made sure that the seller made it right.
