The signup was most important to me. AA has discontinued direct flights to and from Vegas at the Springs airport effective July 2nd, and they were the only airline offering direct flights. After they bought RenoAir, they took over the routes, and now cancel them, and I really wonder why they bought the smaller airline. I fly to Vegas once a month, and the planes have been full, or on more than one occasion had to offer comps to flyers willing to be bumped. If it wasn't competition, why cancel the flights from a city that just passed Pittsburgh in size?

I had a layover at LAX last Friday, and I'll avoid that place if at all possible everytime........if anyone thinks chip collectors are weird, spend a little time in THAT airport!
