Yes I know the other 'hobby' until last year when I too was involved in motorsports. But as of this year my only 'active' hobby is chipping. I could not anymore justify when I come home from work (Paris), here to the family in Belgium I would go to an event somewhere worldwide. I started ealry 1980s qnd in the 90s I helped in World Championship Motorcross, World Championship Rally,
Fia F3000 (this picture was 1994 in Spa during F1 race where we had a F3000 support race). I traveled all over, last race was last years Indy500 where a guy from my town here in Belgium drove the second car for Eddie Cheever's team.
I spend a week in Gassoline Alley and on the pitwall during the Indy500.
A BIG event.
Now I only spend watching some races on TV and hunt for plaques/jetons/chips...
