...the house charging 5.27% for one to pay for entertainment. What anyone does with their money while being entertained with all the house provides is their business/problem.
I removed a previous post asking Bob Orme a question or two because I didn't want him to get the wrong idea when I was trying to make a point that there is NO system to overcome the odds. What was once thought of as the best of systems has error. I was introduced to Roulette in 1962 in Europe. It's the only casino game I play; never held a pair of dice or sat at any other table. I learned the first night that both the ball and wheel have no memory. At one point Bob walked up to the table with $2600 (as far as the game is concerned because the ball doesn't know he had previous bets) and worked his way down to $800. This is not a system. Bob, I'm only saying this because I've played with those who've had unlimited bankrolls from all over the world...they lose it. They keep going back and lose more. Yes, short-term plays (even one bet) can produce wins...but never, ever in the long run.
Enjoy your game in the best of health and never look at it as anything other than entertainment.
