there are LOTS of genuine $3 bills. In fact, tomorrow night, when you are at the Ocean County Coin Club, go to the club's Library Book locker and pick up "New Jersey's Money", by George W. Wait and you will find quite a few GENUINE $3 bills illustrated. Here is just one of them from my personal NJ paper money collection from The Union County Bank in New Jersey.
