Re: PALACE POKER - A NEW ATTRIBUTION

I don't have any information on this chip. My attribution was based on the Gaming Table. The DIASQR mold was not used in Galveston, or at least not to my knowledge. That was a major question I had concerning the chip and Montana would probably make more sense.

The Palace Club certainly existed in Galveston and they did have gaming. Unfortunately, I don't know if they used chips or if it simply a cash only game. It would have been a smaller operation, so I would not doubt if chips are not found (or else not identified.)
