Too bad it won't be named that. The Maloof's are very big in business here in New Mexico, of course. Son Phil ran for Congress last year.

They just opened another beautiful restaurant here in Albuquerque about 2 miles from my home! They feature 160 DIFFERENT brands/kinds of tequila and over 360 DIFFERENT combinations of maugaritas. Not to mention the BESY Mexican food in the state of New Mexico.

Just curious, do you think the gaming board would have a problem with a casino named after an alcoholic beverage? Could that have something to do with the choice of names? Also, Jimmy Buffet would HAVE to have some input on a project carrying the name of his signature song... Sounds like it could get complicated.
