*** - Margaritaville... is moving in. George Maloof, owner of the Fiesta Hotel & Casino, is planning a 500-600 room hotel and gaming complex called Margaritaville. The location for this new venture is across from the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino on West Flamingo Road. Groundbreaking is scheduled for June. So far no word from Jimmy Buffet... The Fiesta Hotel has acquired the 1927 Kimball Pipe Organ once used at the famed Roxy Theater in NYC. They are using the musical centerpiece for their new dining and entertainment venue.
