Some places have replaced the cards they had with new ones, and that is always the hardest thing to find out, if you don't plan to get to every location each trip. When I visited the O'Neals (thanks for the hospitality, Janice & Jerry!) I made a point to ask where there were new cards put out and they told me about MGM, Silverton and Monte Carlo, among others. When they mentioned the last one, I cried out in amazement. Monte Carlo seems to be putting out new cards every year or two. The new one, with the red foil logo looks really great. I had stopped at Silverton before I got to see Jerry & Janice, and had picked up some of the dark grey cards as well as getting a new white with cowboy hat one. I thought the grey ones were for a different level, but they said these were the new cards and the white ones were phasing out. When I said I had just been issued a white one, we figured they must have run out of the newer ones and been using old ones while waiting for a re-order.
