You nailed that one Pete! My customers know up-front they pay for postage.... so does most legitimate commercial businesses that I deal with. I sell $5 chips to my Atlantic City new issues subscribers for $8, plus .55¢ postage... and I can send up to three chips in a size 000 bubble mailer for .55¢. Yet, I see others selling $5 new issue chips for $9@ postpaid. So; that $9 seller claims that he doesn't charge extra for postage? Hah! The buyer always pays... even if the seller sells for $7.50, the buyer is still paying the postage.
