... the Casino Chip (sic) and Gaming Tokens Collectors Club? <<

No one, Pete, as that's not the club's name (though I can't really fault you too much for that, since it is stated incorrectly on the masthead of the club magazine, too).

In any event, the membership numbers are closing in on 5000, so SOMEBODY has heard of the club, by whatever name. I have also had personal experience with people in the gambling industry who are not chip collectors, but recognize the name of the club. I think some of our insiders, like Gene, could probably speak more knowledgeably on that subject.

Let's face it, we're a VERY SMALL group in the national scheme of things. Do you really think the club would be known any better among the general population if it was going by any other name?

My point was with respect to name recognition within the gambling/collecting community, which is, after all, the only community that really counts on this issue.

You also said:

>> I don't know why people won't voice their opinion on this subject.

But, you obviously only wanted to hear from those who agree with you. You shouldn't invite discussion if you are unwilling to engage in it when opposing views are presented.

Now you can take your ball and go home. ----- jim o\-S
