The Review/Journal reports that the proposed sale of the Greektown casino is still not closed and that the Mayor may kill the proposed plan to put the three Detroit casinos on the river. The owners of the land want too much money or won't deal. A lawyer for some of the owners says not offer has been made to them. The land has to be obtained and turned over to the casinos before the end of the year.
